By registering with Pro Cloudify, you agree to refrain from hosting any website containing illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, investment scams, gambling websites related to criminal forums. Pro Cloudify reserves the right to terminate hosting services for any website found to contravene legal regulations without prior notice. This action is taken to uphold legal standards and ensure the safety and integrity of our platform and its users.
In the event of hosting prohibited or illegal content, Pro Cloudify will notify users to remove the offending domain, URL, or file within 5 hours upon receipt of notification from our data center. Failure to comply will result in termination of the hosted content.
Not Allowed:
As of 2024, complimentary 30-day backup services are no longer provided for resellers or web hosting customers. Additional charges apply for daily backups with a retention period of 30 days. Managed dedicated server services include a complimentary SFTP server with a storage capacity of 1TB HDD for backup purposes.
Customers may choose monthly billing for Dedicated Servers. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of services. After two days of suspension, a reactivation fee equivalent to 50% of the total bill is applicable. Failure to reactivate within 7 days will result in termination without liability.
Disrespect towards Pro Cloudify staff will result in immediate suspension of services and may lead to termination. Respectful communication is encouraged at all times.
Pro Cloudify is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to server destruction, fire, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
